Refund & Return Policy

At Veres Health, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your Veres Health product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
Returns that show signs of installation, damage, or use may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Subscriptions to Veres Health software or app services are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@veres-health.com with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including a description or photo of the issue.
A replacement will be shipped promptly after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been installed or exposed to liquids, custom orders, and used accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
Digital services and subscriptions are non-returnable after activation.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will exclude any customs duties, taxes, or original shipping fees.
