Clear rules. Real protection.

Efflux is a hygiene-sensitive device. Once it's been installed in a toilet, it can't be resold — so our return policy is honest about that, and our warranty picks up where returns leave off.

    Cancel before it ships

    If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund. Email support@veres-health.com with your order number — we'll stop the shipment and refund your card.

    14-day return window — sealed devices only

    Within 14 days of delivery, you may return your Efflux for a full refund only if the device is unused and the hygiene seal on the inner packaging is intact. Once the device has been removed from its sealed packaging or installed in a toilet, returns are no longer possible for health and hygiene reasons.

    Two-year warranty for defects

    Every Efflux is covered by a two-year limited warranty. If the device develops a manufacturing defect, malfunctions during normal use, or fails to meet the documented specifications, we will repair or replace it at no cost — even after the device has been installed.

    How to start a warranty claim

    Email support@veres-health.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We may ask for photos or a short video to diagnose the problem remotely before arranging a replacement. Most warranty claims are resolved within five business days.

    What's not covered

    Damage caused by accidents, drops, modifications, unauthorized repairs, exposure to cleaning chemicals not approved in the user manual, or installation outside the documented guidelines is not covered. The hygiene-sealed return window does not apply to devices that have been opened, even if they were never installed.
